Buffalo "wings"

Pair this with some sweet potato chips, veggies and a salad and you have a great meal.

This is just some boneless-skinless chicken breast cut into strip and fried (in a Pam sprayed skillet) with some of your favorite buffalo wing sauce. The sauce is less than 50 calories per two tablespoons, so you're doing fine. If you need to dip the wings, choose a low fat or fat free salad dressing, Ranch or Blue Cheese.
