With the new acquisition of a food processor. This treat is super easy and super yumm!
Chop up as many apples as you would like, depending on how big you would like your pie. In a greased pie pan (I use Pam) layer apples, cinnamon, Splenda and cornstarch. Bake in a preheated oven, 350, for 40-45 minutes. If you would like to add flair, cover the pie with a mixture of Splenda Brown Sugar and oats, or granola, cinnamon. For more fun, when the pie is done baking, warm some LiteHouse Caramel Apple dip and drizzle on top. And YUM!
Husbometer: Grade A+, a definate repeated, repeat. Much better with the topping ingreadients mixed and sprinkled in layers as the pie/crisp builds. Fat free coolwhip a good topping.
